Sungmin Enterprise, Inc. offers the following store policy: [RETURN POLICY] Returns excluding manufacturing defects and errors in shipping are not accepted. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All returns must be reported within 14 days from your receipt. Returns must be approved by Sungmin Enterprise, Inc. customer service representative prior to return. All returns must be received at our facility within 7 days from date of return approval without any exceptions. We reserve the rights to refuse any return request not made within 14 days after receipt of goods. It is very important that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Please contact us at support@sungminenterprise.com to obtain return approval. Returns received passed 7 days from the designated approval date will be credited less 30% disposal/restocking fee. If your returned merchandise is due to wrong item shipped by us, we will send call tag to collect the merchandise back. Normally return process takes no longer than 5 business days once the merchandise is received at our warehouse.
[REFUND POLICY] Only refunds due to manufacturing defects and errors in shipping will be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please contact our customer support department at support@sungminenterprise.com to process the refund.
[CANCELLATION POLICY] Your order will be automatically canceled if : (i) your contact information is incorrect / (ii) you credit card is declined. In order to cancel your order, you have to contact us immediately within 24 hours before your shipment leaves our warehouse. Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, we do not accept any request for cancellation.

Merchandise will be shipped through various methods and means of carrier(USPS/UPS/FEDEX). All Merchandises shipped are subject to carrier's standards and regulations and delivery limitations. Sungmin Enterprise, Inc. makes every effort to ship all orders within 2 days of purchase. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier type. **Please note, merchandise will not be shipped until payment is made in full. Shipping charges on orders are estimates. We will charge you the actual shipping charge at the time of departure from our warehouse. Customers are responsible for all returning shipping charges with exchanges and returns, which are not due to defective or mishandled merchandise. -INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/SHIPPING- For international orders, shipping will vary depending on country, size of box and weight.
